I have been a real estate investor for 13 years focusing on short term and long term residential rentals. I bring my experience buying, renovating, and managing income producing properties to my work as a Realtor. I love to help others achieve financial freedom by owning real estate. I work a large portion of Virginia and Northeast Tennessee from Charlottesville, VA to Knoxville, TN. I specialize in Lynchburg, Roanoke, Smith Mountain Lake and Kingsport, Bristol, and Johnson City.
I’m a former college faculty member and dean, who began investing in real estate as a hobby, then as a supplemental retirement plan, then as an earlier retirement plan, and ultimately have become a full-time investor and Realtor. Real estate has given me the financial freedom to explore the world with my wife and two sons and I want to help you achieve your dreams through owning real estate.
